This proverb very well expressed our relationship with nature and the beauty and wisdom inherent in the diversity of its organisms with the commonality of its elements.

The team achieved sustainability around the year and continued to produce opportunities for other consultants to share the learning and the income.
We rented our first office and shared spaces with other organizations then opened our own office as a space for young people to learn and experiment with their ideas and initiatives.
We welcomed several consultants who joined as juniors and graduated as promising ambassadors, while we remained among the people we work for, growing and helping others grow.
in a transition to more agility, productivity and specializaation, we formed our current core team to take the quality and magnitude of our work to the next level. This widened the scope of our services and sent us through a wide range of experiences in only 3 years.
Today, Tammey is solid and grounded as a leading voice and actor, helping tackle the biggest challenges youthwork and youth development face in the region, and building a network of entities unified by the same powerful vision.
