Research and Knowledge Production

We empower positive change and decision making with the insights they need. We do this through our advanced research capabilities, experience with mixed-method research, participatory and empowering research journeys and advanced analysis. 

  • Prepare and utilize participatory and innovative tools for research and consultations.

Youth Policy

Our youth & public policy experts lead the sector with their wide expertise, deep cultural sensitivity and unique perspective. We’ve advised governmental institutions in over 6 Arab countries in developing their youth-related national policies and strategies.

Our diverse experiences in accompanying and coaching governmental and developmental entities of all sizes, in addition to our knowledge of the macro systems these organizations function in gave us unique insight on how and where organizations could develop to boost their organizational and individual potential and achieve the social impact they were set to make.

Organizational Development

Advised 5 organizations in Saudi & Jordan in Strategic Planning & Operationalization

We streamlined our methodology for reviewing and developing a strategic direction for non-profits through our extensive work with several organizations in Jordan & KSA, and added unique capacities to our team by collaborating with our associate consultants.
Facilitation

Established an Adolescents & Youth Advisory Group for a Major INGO

In a pilot project for an international NGO, we lead the development of the concept then the bylaws of this advisory group to give a voice to young people in steering the development agenda that targets them> We enhanced the capacity of the multi-national multi-lingual group of young people in a mix of online & face-to-face interactions.
Knowledge Production

Created 6 Blended Courses about Professional Youthwork

In a cooperation with 2 sister organizations (that emerged from Tammey), we developed a series of courses on topics of professional youthwork, youth space and volunteers management, participation and 21st century skills. The courses filled a significant gap as they are the first of their kind in Arabic and provide a rich mix of theoretical and practical knowledge.
