He holds a Master's degree (with distinction) in Politics from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2004, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Jordan in 1994. He worked as a consultant and expert for more than 20 years for several United Nations organizations and international companies in the field of preparing, designing and managing participatory processes in strategic planning, leading and implementing more than 180 development programs that served multiple groups and segments of society, and the projects he participated in, designed and managed received international recognition and awards. He has worked as an expert with more than 60 local, Arab and international organizations, including community, governmental, private and philanthropic organizations, and has participated in and managed 7 participatory youth national policy and strategy development processes in 7 countries in the Arab region.
